A few years ago I was diagnosed with High Functioning Depression and Anxiety. My mission after the diagnoses was to find a way to cope and to keep track of all of my highs and lows. In this planner I have incorporated a few ways I found that really help to keep me together. I also asked you all what you would like to see and made it happen. Over the course of the next week I will also be adding some digital extras that can be printed and added to your planner. As well as stickers that can be purchased.

This planner is 352 Pages! I know, I know... It's a lot, but It holds everything you need to start the process of getting your Mental Health on track. If printed from to back it is 176 pages. Staples, Office Depot, and Kinko are all companies that will print it out for you for a very reasonable price.
